The Certified BADA$$ Online Marketing Podcast
Helping online entrepreneurs build the badass businesses of their dreams.
In this episode, I’m continuing my process of asking you a question to think about rather than telling you something that’s tactical or strategic. Today’s specific question is “do you want a teacher, or do you want a coach?” Spoiler alert: you should want a coach.
This is the kind of episode that really gets me going. We’re not talking about a strategy or tactic in today’s episode; we’re talking about a shift in your mindset. It’s one that you need to make as an entrepreneur if you want to be successful.
I’m going to challenge you in today’s episode. If you’re an overwhelmed entrepreneur, I want to ask you this: do you have a business, or do you have a job? Unless you set your business up the right way, all you’ve done is created a job.
This week is the conclusion of my interview with James Wedmore. He dropped a ton of value in part one, so you’ll want to be sure to listen to episode 157. Today we’re getting into how he applies the simplicity method to all parts of his business.
Today’s episode is extra special because I have a special guest with me. It’s an interview with my personal business coach, James Wedmore. I had originally streamed this on Facebook Live, and it turned into more of just a discussion between two business guys.
I’ve made several shifts in my business since I first started, and the biggest ones are what I’m going to be discussing in this episode. They all have something in common, too. It’s hard for many people to accept that they should be making these shifts.
What I’m talking about in today’s episode is my new social media strategy. I wanted to lay this out because I’m going to be doing things differently. I start the episode by apologizing because I need to tell you some mistakes I’ve made on social media.
In today’s show, we’re diving into a topic that really needs to be talked about: marketing in the time of COVID-19. What do you need or not need to be doing? Should you be changing things? How can you be building your online business right now?
I’m spending this episode looking back at the history of my FANS First Society. It’s been a year since the idea for the FANS First Society was first planted in my mind, so I want to discuss what it’s been like being a business coach.
In this episode I’m going to be answering a question that someone asked in my free Facebook group. The question was this: “Is it uncool or heartless to sell right now?” I want to explain to you why you still need to be offering your services.
I’m going to help you figure out what your signature offer should be in today’s episode. You know that I’m a big fan of keeping things simple, so it’s important that you have a pretty standard online journey for your customers to go on.
In this episode I’m talking about a problem a lot of entrepreneurs face: lumpy revenue. So many of my friends are using the launch method and they end up with very “lumpy” periods of revenue. Let’s dig into this problem and how it can be solved.
